LineSkip launches a FREE Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) platform!
LineSkip has officially launched their Free CRM platform, allowing restaurants to easily keep in contact with their customers!
Vancouver, WA, Dec 15, 2017- Just in time for the Holidays, LineSkip is excited to announce the new CRM platform is now live. This program allows restaurants to view their customer data, send custom email messages, push notifications, and promotions to all or specific customers while a built-in campaign manager allows restaurants to auto-generate promotions on an ongoing basis.
Custom promotions and campaigns can be sent to customer email addresses as well as directly to the customer’s account where they can view and use on check out through the POS, online ordering, LineSkip app and custom apps. Restaurants can decide which customers to send to, when the promotion will expire, how many uses the promo can be redeemed, and add a custom message. Promotions can be based on a percentage discount, dollar off discount, free item, or a buy 1 get 1 discount. Campaigns currently allow for birthday promotions as well as new custom app download promotions with additional options coming soon!
