Can LineSkip create specialized menus?

Yes, glad you asked! Here at LineSkip we develop very robust and creative software to handle all types of scenarios. We pride ourselves in having the most comprehensive menu management tools with unlimited options on the market so that your menu can be as simple OR as specialized as you would like it to be. Something you can’t do? We’d love to hear about it so that we can develop it for you! And it’s ALL FREE!

I already accept online orders and/or have an App, should I be on LineSkip?

Absolutely! With no costs associated with our services, it’s literally risk free! Our online and application software is developed for individuals who are on the go, enjoy trying new places, and do not like loading their phones with apps that take up precious real-estate space and memory. By joining LineSkip, you’re opening your business to a new marketplace to find new customers!

I offer my customer loyalty rewards, can LineSkip automate that?

Yes! Our rewards manager allows many types of loyalty rewards options, simply select the options that fit your rewards system to create your customized rewards program! And we don’t even charge for this!

I own multiple locations, can LineSkip support large chains?

Absolutely! When we developed LineSkip, we created it so that unique mom and pop shops can be found along with the giant restaurant chains. When you sign up, simply choose the “Setup as a corporate chain” option and this will allow you to sync all your location’s menus and customer loyalty program. Don’t worry, you can still modify individual location’s menu from the corporate structured menu!

I own a franchise and other franchises of the same company are already using LineSkip, how does this affect me?

When multiple franchises of the same corporate company sign up, we store their menus and loyalty programs. When you create your account, you’ll have the option to copy their menu’s items and rewards, so your job is already nearly done for you! We also do this so that customers can store their favorite orders and use them at multiple locations.

How long until I can start accepting online orders?

As soon as today! It all depends on you, if you can complete the short registration and build your menu, we’ll post it immediately after a quick confirmation. Unfortunately, signing up for the online payment processing does take about 7 days, however you can still accept orders for pay at pick or at delivery.
